Nothing to cancel
OurNotch is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. There is nothing to cancel, and you are never charged again.
Refunds
Because OurNotch is a digital product you can use right away, sales are final and we don't offer refunds, except where the law where you live gives you a right to one (for example consumer rules in the EU or the UK).
Something not working?
Write to us first. Most problems (activating, moving to a new Mac, pairing with your love) are quick to fix, and My licence covers the common ones.
Asking for a refund
If the law gives you a right to a refund, write to us from the email you paid with and include your receipt. Refunds are made by Dodo Payments, our seller of record, to the payment method you used. A refunded licence stops working on both Macs of the pair.
